RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Store credit

  • Size exchange

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To begin a return:

 

  1. Email info@genesiah.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.

  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES

Once your return is received and inspected (please allow up to 5 business days):

Store Credit

You will receive a digital gift card for the full product value (excluding original shipping fees).

Exchange

We will ship your replacement item at no additional cost.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at info@genesiah.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the issue.

We will provide a prepaid return label and offer either:

  • A replacement at no charge, or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Worn or washed garments

  • Altered items

  • Gift cards

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items. All other approved returns will receive store credit.
