1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Within Canada

To the United States

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
3. FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

4. LOCAL PICKUP (EDMONTON)
Customers in Edmonton may select free local pickup at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the carrier’s website or by logging into your GENESIAH account under Order History.
6. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, or remote delivery locations.
GENESIAH is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. GENESIAH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@genesiah.com.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in shipping costs.
International shipments may be subject to customs delays, which are beyond our control.
9. ORDER ISSUES

Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or the carrier. GENESIAH is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Damaged Items: Contact us immediately at info@genesiah.com with photos so we can assist you.

Wrong or Missing Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
10. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
